I will be using this blog as a personal organizer and planner for myself throughout the wedding planning process. As of now Garrett and I have decided on next summer, possibly late June/July 2014. My preference would be Torch Lake, MI. Garrett's brother Brent has a beautiful place on the sand bar that would be absolutely perfect beside the limited amount of space. We have two options: Build a dock for the ceremony or have the ceremony at another location and have the reception at Brent's. Right now I'm trying to research possible places and compare the price of each. After I've found a destination then I can base the size off that. I'm thinking "small backyard wedding" we shall see though, the Celek's are a large family!
